This project was completed for a penthouse model suite at Concord Canada House (West), part of Concord CityPlace in Toronto. The suite has large windows, balcony doors and a lot of natural light. We wanted the wall finish to feel warm and clean, without making the rooms look heavy.

For this project, we used two RichVaugh large wall panel colours: Travertine Beige and Weave White. The same two finishes continue through different rooms, so the whole condo feels connected.

Travertine Beige for a warmer wall

Large Wall Panel Travertine Beige has a soft beige tone and a natural stone look. In this model suite, it is used around windows, balcony doors and feature-wall sections. The warm colour works well with the dark wood floor and the warm LED lighting.

The texture is visible, but it is not too busy. This helped the rooms stay bright while adding more detail than a plain painted wall.

Weave White for a clean feature wall

Large Wall Panel Weave White has a light colour and a small fabric-style pattern. It is used on larger wall sections and beside the Travertine Beige panels.

Weave White keeps the room simple. It also gives the wall a finished surface when the space is still empty. This is useful in a model suite because buyers can see the wall design clearly before furniture is added.

Wall panels across the whole condo

This was not only one TV wall or one bedroom wall. The panels were carried through the living area, bedrooms and balcony-side walls. Repeating the two colours makes the condo renovation feel like one complete project.

Some walls use a marble-look centre panel with warm backlighting. Travertine Beige and Weave White are placed around it. The lighter panels help balance the stronger marble pattern and keep the feature wall from feeling too dark.

A simple finish for a Toronto penthouse model suite

Condo rooms often have many windows, doors, vents and small wall sections. The photos show how large wall panels can be fitted around these details while keeping a clean look. The warm beige panels add colour near the windows. The white panels make the larger walls feel open.

The final result is simple and bright. It suits the modern interior of Concord Canada House West and gives the penthouse model suite a more finished look.
